I do not recommend this company. I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience with some of the staff. Kyle told me the reason I couldn’t purchase anything else because I was having money issues. Spoke with another person to file a complaint and she stated they fired the worker. Which they aren’t even allowed to disclose that information. So, I knew it couldn’t have been true. Spoke with another person and instead of him listening he defended Kyle. Unbelievable, I truly thought this would’ve been a great partnership. Instead I had to cancel the services. Very disappointed by their actions.

Update: So, today I spoke with Andrea and she was very apologetic. However, she stated I I will issue a refund if you remove your Google review. So I told her I’m going to receive my refund whether I remove it or not and that shouldn’t be the only reason why I receive my refund. So, she stated well if you don’t remove it, can you just go on there and let them know that Andrea helped you out. As I told her there were HIPAA violations broke, and I was treated horrible. We should all learn to treat each other with respect, no matter what. With that being said Andrea will be issuing my refund.
