Things you should state ahead of starting service. Internet ok tv ugh. You will have to pay $100 + to have them come out to start thus service. You can only record one show at the same time 😒 really. It continues to get worse. I would never recommend to anyone

Short story. I had Xfinity for 6 days. I had to call Xfinity 3 of those days. I spoke to people in the Philippines that cod care less. Do yourself a favor, go with any other carrier. Xfinity doesn't have a USA office. Xfinity service is horrible. Completely fn horrible. XFINITY deserves zero stars. They are terrible.

Man, I hate Comcast AGAIN!
The TV is Ok and Internet is fine, but their sales people LIE.
I wanted to switch from Frontier and save a few bucks. I told Comcast sales that, "I Most Assuredly AM moving to Central Tx in a few months" and I asked sales several times, "Is there an early termination fee IF there is no service in my area?"

The sales person PROMISED many times, "No early termination fee would apply if they could not provide service."
(There turns out to be no comcast stores for hundreds of miles in Central Texas anywhere at all. It is a vast No Comcast land!)

They lied and lied and lied. Just to get the contract.
Today the corporate phone lady I called to move / cancel said "There definitely IS a fee of 10$ per month if you move, even if we cannot provide any services, you owe us a cancellation fee."
Me, "Mam, that is NOT what I was told over and over by your sales person."
Lady on Comcast phone, "Well, did you read your contract?"

Running a business to set voicemail. Service is bad, very pricey, not professional. Ask to speak to mangement wouldn’t let me speak to a superiorvisor. Spoken 5 different people that lied to us and had me on 2.5 hours each time I called. I have business to run and spending 5 hours out of my day for lies and round Time they should be Comping my bills for poor service and outrageous price we graciously pay. My contract ends in February and rest assured we will know longer do business with them. If a business service I pay for wants to lie to me constantly, they have no right to have my business for services.

When there tech came to install at my home, he broke my daughter's tv, damaged by brand new floor badly, left blood stains on my wall where he entered and exited the attic. Which my walls had been painted and floors put in within days of him installing. Left black marks from his latter on the walls as well. He never said anything about the damges or blood or scuffs. He just picked up the tv he dropped on the floor and badly broke which left the tv inop. and put it back and said nothing about anything. When I arrived home to find out what happened I called comcast. They had someone contact me days later about the damage. I sent all pictures to them. Then after awhile they sent someone out to take pics themselves.being so I have had blood on my walls for weeks. ( Hopefully he doesn't have any dieases my pregnant wife and three children can catch). They said they would send a check for a $150 even though the damages exceed that. But I was willing to be done with it and cut my losses. So I agreed. They kept telling me the check was sent and in the mail. After a couple of months of waiting. They said it showed sent. But liberty mutual who they used to write the check said they have no knowledge of any check or claim with us. Comcast kept telling us they would call back and never did. Finally we spoke with someone from corporate named Latoya who said she will make sure personally it gets taken care of asap and she would call us back with 24 and never did. So the days later she called and said she was sick. Ok I understand but then she says she will call me back asap again and now days have gone by and no call. I've called her number of times with voice message s and still nothing all while I'm still being charged for my service and equipment charges when I can not fully uses them no tv to watch in my daughter's room because Comcast broke it but yet they charge me equipment fee for the box she can not use. My internet has never once been the speeds or close to what I pay and my tv always messes up and gets pixely. They charge to send people out for there lack of service. This has been going on since January. It's been almost 4 months of disrespectful and unprofessional service from Comcast Xfinity. If by today 10/24/17 I will be contacting news channel 8 again and they will send an inventor to my home.

When I moved to my new house. They took 6 weeks to get cable line digging to my house! We had no tv or internet for 6 weeks! Unbelievable! I was on the phone everyday with Comcast customer service. And they did not care rats about my family had no tv and internet services! I do not recommend Xfinity!
