When launching my own business, I wanted to launch my brand with a look and feel of a bigger brand. Over the past 8 years our financial planning firm has grown and we needed our website to reflect the changes in personnel and who we serve while clearly sharing how we serve them. We also wanted an updated look because we felt the site looked dated, wasn't clear in messaging, and felt cluttered with very few calls to action. I hired Bethany to help elevate my brand through a rebrand, name change, website refresh and brand messaging for my luxury wedding planning company. It was somewhat difficult searching for someone who was able to keep my website on WordPress and also could create a luxury wedding brand. It's a very niche thing when you think about it. I was also concerned about finding someone who could work well with the copywriter I hired (The Literary Co). I had my heart set on using a specific copywriter so I wanted to make sure the designer could work with her. Hiring a web designer/ branding co. who knew WordPress and could work with another company was a big ask for most companies. When I met with Bethany on the first call I knew she could deliver what I was looking for and she offered to chat with my copywriter before I booked her officially. I felt confident I could trust her with my website and branding. I interviewed many companies before hiring her. I had a lot of ideas for my website. I wanted to make sure it spoke to luxury clients. I was expanding out of my current region and it was important that copy and video were incorporated. All of these things Bethany embraced and even provided great recommendations and ideas throughout. When I started the process I felt she made it so easy, she had a timeline of when things would happen and coordinated with my copywriter to make it all come together smoothly. I always knew what to expect. I appreciated that she gave me deadlines for things since I was busy with client work and this helped to keep the project moving along. She was a true professional throughout. She exceeded my expectations for my website and went above and beyond for any request I had. Branding is a stressful process for business owners and I think we don't realize that until we get in the thick of it. She was able to make it seamless and feel easy even when I was stressing for small details. She always had answers to guide me and help ease my worries. She created a beautiful brand guide for me to use, a business card and services document along with social media templates. In addition, she gave guidance to my photo and video team doing my brand shoot as well. She gave me so much value in her services.I am a very detailed person as a wedding planner and she took all my ideas and made sure they were executed elegantly through the website, messaging and marketing. Investing in all of this is not cheap and it shouldn't be as it's a lot of work and responsibility.We spent 4 months working together and she even made sure after the site was live any issues were addressed quickly. It's pretty common for a website to go live and need small tweaks but honestly the website functioned perfectly without any major issues. She even helped get my analytics changed over for the new domain and business name. There was so much more she provided than I expected. I should mention I was very worried about my SEO and ranking on Google with this big change but it actually wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Bethany helped me to transition things. It's been about 2 months now since the site went live and even though I changed my business name and domain my website still shows up on page 1 as my former website did for the keyword I originally ranked for. I only slightly dropped down in ranking but I understand that changing a domain name will take some work and wasn't expecting to be top ranking right out the door. I was given a strategy guide by my copywriter for SEO new keywords I want to rank for. If you are considering Bethany Works I would say don't hesitate and it will be worth investment. My advice to anyone starting this process is to let her guide you, ask questions and try not to stress. She has a great process which should not be rushed.

I approached Bethany after seeing her incredible work with a friend’s hair studio. I was blown away with the new look and material.
