I did not expect that my son's birth certificate will be released this early. It feels like a little surpirse gift for my family.? I just walked in and did not need to make an appointment. Thank you LA Public Health. Thank you for your service real quick!

I went there 2 weeks after I gave birth to my daughter to get a few copies of her birth certificate. I just walked in in there and didn’t even have to schedule an appointment. The staffs especially the one that helped me was very nice, helpful, and friendly. And I was there for only 5 minutes and I’m done. Didn’t have to wait for too long. I commend the staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and quick service.

Wonderful place with very helpful people, who have great customer service skills and truly care about people going through a rough time. The doors opened perfectly on time, I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or less. Only cons are the parking situation but theres a pretty decently sized "Passenger Loading Area", so have someone give you a ride there. And also the bathrooms are very old looking but SUPER CLEAN; with new sinks and seat covers ?. Thank you to everyone who works here, for all of your help ❤

investigators do not investigate complaints. They show up for _5 minutes and then spend the rest of their time chatting then run away to an "emergency" Starbucks MTG. These people set up a green light for further abuse. Thanks for nothing. Why not just close the dept. and stopbwasting money on salari s.

corrupted city attorneys office. health department is taking pay offs directly from the landlords of 757 s main Street 90014. los Angeles California. this place is a ROACH FARM. i made several complaints but its still the ssme over here. class action lawsuits will be srveds to this office also.
