Spring broke on door somebody took the wall apart to try to get into the unit. I was able to move into another unit and they did give me a partial credit.

Y'all, there are other Self-Storing Unit Companies, especially the Co.'s that are new, which have extremely low cost rates (e.g. 10'x15' $86) versus PS (10'x15' $176)... Not only is PS over priced, but the employees are rudely invasive, no manners, and dramatically strict about customers unloading/loading slightly after hours, which can be inevitable during our moving experience and schedule. Additionally in dismay, Customer Service & Corporate is just as unprofessionally pompous. In general, I implore you to seek a different Self-Storage Co.
Potential Customers, pls do heed to this review prior to storing here, and best of luck on your hunt for a great Self-Storage Co.

I know you can book storage unit online but I needed an additional storage so I called and they called back right away. Easy to setup and my additional storage is next to original. Clean facilities and very secure ?
