Hired them to help get my website fine tuned for SEO. They convinced me to redo the site to WordPress because their stellar coder would do amazing things with it. The first issue was they wanted to take ownership of everything! To which i said NO. The owner Tammy Alverson would consistently tell me "I'll call you next week" or "I'll call you on Tuesday" or whatever and then would not call nor email. I would wait a little extra and then have to call them and chase down updates constantly. They would regularly schedule meetings that would eat up hours of time, then proceed to do very little with 2 weeks in between. The feedback I gave was largely ignored and they built what they wanted claiming "the coding is too hard to change it." As someone who has built WordPress themes from scratch it was obvious all they do is buy themes and plugins from the web and apply them to your site and have very little ability or technical know-how to adjust or customize those to a bespoke level of which they are purporting to sell. Then as they promised the site was almost ready, I asked to add services, they promised they would do it and I held off a campaign so they could integrate their work. Then after waiting weeks to move forward on the additional work and to discuss the cost they suddenly decided they were not going to do the additional work at all! They required me to do many of the edits to text and graphics. It quickly became apparent despite having promised the ability to work with digital graphics and to edit images, in reality they have very little ability to do any form of graphic design or image editing and could not even work with basic industry standard formatted files. They consistently required me to make the modifications and send it to them again. They consistently promised "we proof read & check our work" the site they posted live was full of errors and they had copy pasted notes that I sent to them for style correction on the actual live site! In the end I had to go in an fix their mess and finally set my site back to square space. The first clue is that none of the staff will join a zoom and show you their video feed, you have NO idea who is really on the other end. The next red flag is that their branding websites are not consistent domains and they keep the contract terms and conditions on a website and do not include them in your contract which allows them to change it at any time without notice leaving you with no reference of what you originally agreed to! I would not wish working with Results Digital Domination or whatever other iteration they call themselves today Results Digital Marketing on my worst enemy.
