Worst customer service I have ever received. Rates go up without warning. They said they'd prorate my payment after I cancelled and I was on autopay, neither of which was true. I called customer service and was told nothing could be done and I was SOL. So I either pay or go to collections even though I was told something completely different in the store. I'll go without internet before I EVER go with this joke of a company again. Money hungry.

Real take-it-or-leave-it attitude about their pricing and packages, which they can do as they're a near-monopoly. They've even stooped to payday loan types of grifts, slipping in a notice to their billing fine print that there will be no refunds and no pro-rating of charges. If you cancel your service a day after they bill you, they'll hound you and even sue you for the entire balance. They're too dumb to realize crap like this is why folks are dumping them and going to streaming services.

⚠️⚠️⚠️BEWARE!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ I received a letter that specifically said no additional taxes or fees. Nothing in the small print, except for a note that says there might be an additional fee for installation. Otherwise, there was no qualifier of that as in “monthly” fees or “monthly” taxes. The letter strictly states “No added taxes or fees“. But when you go to sign up, they try to charge you an additional $30 for “activation”. This is blatant false advertising, and will be reported to the appropriate Colorado authorities. This type of behavior is why I retain Unlimited 5G Data on my cellular service instead of going with a delinquent company such as Spectrum.

I've had the highest package internet w/ them for 2 years here in canon city.. Rarely if ever had the speeds they claim to give.
Internet will cut out constantly all day everyday. Have battled w/ them to fix it the entire time which they haven't.. Its just got worse and worse.
I've given up & accepted they're scamming and don't care bc they have a monopoly on this area. Been scammed for 2 years now.
If you're forced to use this terrible service like me, get the cheapest package. It's a scam and you'll never even have decent internet no matter how much you beg them to fix it

This is the worst internet company I have ever seen they don't care about customers satisfaction I pay for a 1 gig plan and am lucky to get barely a megabit on a sunny day that 85 degrees outside my 3g Hotspot is a thousand percent better. I would give a 0 star if I could

There's about 2 brain cells between 4 people at this location. Paid for an early upgrade and specifically asked for a certain phone. Once money was paid, they told me "an early upgrade only applies to phones in stock". Of course the phone I specifically asked for was not in stock. They "ordered" the one I wanted, and it's been about 3 weeks and still hasn't came in yet. Avoid this place at all cost.
