They make changes to your website without telling you. I had some blogs posted and they made changes to my website with their "web development" team. I would have liked to know that they were gonna get in my files and switch things around. I don't have enough coding background to know what they did. I had to ask my designer. Pretty unprofessional by the reps not to tell me about it.
