I contacted Damon a few months ago to help me get my Google advertising together. We realized the website needed to be re-created to make it modern and give it good SEO. His team went to work on the design, and we settled on it and a new logo in a few weeks. Now we have a fantastic website built in WordPress that already has good SEO ratings, looks professional, and is easy to use. We're a software company so it's pretty simple to modify. The communications with them were excellent. When we had a question, we'd get an answer in a short time. Plus, they don't mind talking on the phone. I wish we would have found these folks a long time ago.

WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD! Hiring this company Is one of my biggest regrets. I spoke to Damon last December and I ended up hiring him because he was so personable. He had family that lived in my area. He is a big fitness person. I am a personal trainer. That is my business. He told me that he was going to Mexico to get married and have a whole ketamine ceremony and that should’ve been my first red flag. I came to him to have someone simplify my website and to do marketing services. I was told project fee for the website would be $1700 upfront which I paid and it would be 499 a month for marketing fast-forward four months I can’t get my business verified on Google well now I’m being told that they can’t actually help me with anything if I can’t have my business verified They supposedly redid my website for the $1700. It looked like absolutely trash. All they did was change the font and the color scheme on the website and they put such a huge pop-up blocker that when it was access through mobile, you couldn’t access out of the pop-up do you actually access the website? It looks like absolute trash. Their communication was absolutely horrible. I would get an email about a question on a Friday afternoon and because I’m on the East Coast and they are on the West Coast in Canada and Oregon. I wouldn’t be able to have a back-and-forth conversation through email with them ever because they wouldn’t respond until the following Friday I went back-and-forth with them for almost a year two months ago Damon called after I threatened to sue him and dispute all of my charges through American Express and he got all pissed off that I was one of those American Express customers so he called me and had an AI app record our entire conversation where he said that I am due a full refund, but he would Ask that I gave him one more chance to do right by me and impress me with the work that could actually be done well since that meeting where he told me he would pay for my three year subscription to wicks that he told me to renew my website, but actually WordPress was the better option for them to work with Promised me the absolute world and has ghosted me for the last two months so now I am gonna have to sue them. They are an absolute shit show. They have overseas people that do all their work for them and when they got frustrated that I wasn’t giving up and I was not going to let them rip me off almost $5000 they transferred me to some guy in India that didn’t do anything. I have lived for the last year in an absolute twilight zone trying to deal with these ridiculous people that are clearly scammers on drugs and have absolutely no intention of doing right by me whatsoever. Damon, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.
