"I LOVE MY WEBSITE GUY!!" These words from a veeeeeery particular client, who went from "I'm starting my own company and I need a website" to "This is amazing! So unique...and it really reflects my personality!" in about 8 weeks, including 2 weeks of incessant tweaking on my part. 😉 Rupert is very open-minded, endlessly patient, and a great listener, especially considering that I changed my overall strategy several times during our work together. His level of service was way above my expectation. I threw many curve balls in his direction, simply not knowing what I wanted when we started - and he handled each of them gracefully and with incredible follow-up, offering sage advice from his extensive background. I almost should not tell you how responsive this man and his team are, I don't want to set them up... 😉 But one time I emailed some changes before starting my long commute, saying "no rush, whenever you can fit this in"...and before I reached home, he was done! Rupert and his team's level of service and my end product was worth twice as much as I paid. Very happy customer!
