Not only is their technology reliable, their customer service is outstanding and their leadership is extremely responsive to clients needs, wants, & pain points.

To give an example on a particular pain point, one of our locations uses the Clover System which gives us nothing but headaches…except online that is! Zaytech has been instrumental in making our online presence a smooth and successful operation and is even able to offer social and branded mobile app support. All orders flow in like they were taken in the store, better actually. They also offer great touches like text message notifications for clients and online loyalty programs. Whenever we had an issue or an emergency with the website they respond like firemen to a fire making sure we are up and running again as quick as they can manage it. Even when it is our fault they are gracious and kind.

I could not have better things to say about my experience with Zaytech. I had a small payment issue with one of their clients, so I followed up with a blind email to Zaytech. Wow were they fast. I received a call right away. The service manager was extremely polite and helpful! He made a few phone calls to get the background, then called me back to inform me that he achieved my desired refund.
