We are a dog training and boarding business that just had a website created from scratch as we recently went through a nae change and wanted to upgrade everything. We found a web designer, however the $$$ kept adding and adding up that were never disclosed to us up front. Then our website came up with a threatening message of a Russian cyber attachk. We came across Bay Area Web Solutions while desperately trying to find someone who could help out our website and fix this issue as it's the one of the main avenues for our business. Jason was amazing! Very responsive and in line with what we needed. Our webiste is in WordPress, and he was very familiar with that, so no issue there. Within a day, we realized our current web designer had done us wrong, and he quickly moved our website to a new server, went through the back-end of our website and retrieved all the lost/locked data that we had before, updated the passwords and now hosts our site. Our prior web company wanted $3000 for their "team" to remove the virus! Bay Area Web Solutions took care of us extremely reasonably and quickly and we couldn't be more grateful for the fix and to have found our new web host. Jason is very knowledgeable, expedient and is NOT out to rip you off. We feel we our company is in the best hands possible, and a 5-star rating isn't enough! Highly recommend!

My wife and I needed an update for our business website. It had been created for her father prior to us purchasing the business from him. The site was out dated and needed improvement.
