2Ton does amazing work. I just love how they have a full in-house team that collaborates together on bringing all the pieces of a marketing campaign together for their clients. Your work doesn't get passed off to an independent contractor. There's nothing wrong wit that, but when you know how focused the entire team, including the leadership, is on YOUR marketing campaign, it is bound to be executed effectively.

They are also a team that knows they must always be learning from others. They bringing in guest speakers for monthly lunch and learn events. I wish all companies were run like 2Ton!
