You might think this is just a neighborhood pub, but it is so much more...
Professional and prompt service... Food is deceivingly delicious... Daily specials along with a wide variety of regular menu...
Comfortable relaxed atmosphere.
I've gone here for drinks while a game is on TV, but have felt just as comfortable bringing my 70/80 year old parents for dinner!

Went there for a mid week mini reunion lunch with some colleagues.

Our server was terrific. Have us all the time we needed. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy, which helped.

All the dishes we selected were delicious. There is such a varied menu, anyone, no matter their diet preferences should be able to find something worthwhile. They have daily specials also. Prices are fair. You feel you are getting good or better quality for what they charge.

Definitely a lovely neighborhood venue that I wish I had in my town.

My experience at this establishment was decent, but left something to be desired. Firstly, the service was pretty good. Our waiter was attentive, and we did not have to wave him over once which is nice. They seemed to have a nice drink selection; they did not have my drink of choice on tap (Angry Orchard), but most bars do not as it is not really that common. My peers and myself all ordered sandwiches that came with fries. I mention what my friends ordered because it is relevant to the review. My Fried chicken sandwich was delicious, I just wish they toasted the bun that it was served on. The bun was cold which is not the biggest deal, but something to point out. I was pretty upset that my friends both received normal portions of fries, and I got an abbreviated puddle of them. My peers had noticeably more fries than me, and because of that I went home hungry. Next time something like this happens, I plan to take a picture and compare it to other people’s plates. Before anyone says why didn’t you mention this when at the restaurant? The answer is because they would have likely charged me for another portion of fries which I was not paying. The only way I would have been able to explain would be if I said “I am sorry but I am not satisfied with this portion of fries, may I please have more just like my friends? I also do not want to pay because I should have more in the first place just like everyone else at the table.” See how awkward that sounds? I could have mentioned something, but I did not and that is on me. What was going through the worker's mind when he was shoveling fries into plates? Was there some assembly line and for whatever reason he or she thought, this dude should get noticeably less than everyone else. That little extra scoop could have made my meal a lot better and could have brought the review from 3 to 4 stars. Also, I worked at restaurants before and know fries are and have been cheap. It was an easy way to satisfy a customer and all of the restaurants I worked at have been generous with them. Potato is not caviar, I promise the pub won’t lose that much money serving me a real side of fries. I am glad the sandwich was good, and I do appreciate the free soda refills. I would advise to really take into consideration the portions being served especially to a group of people. It does not exactly look right when one guy gets the bad end of the fry deal, especially when that person (me) was hungrier than everyone else at the table. It is good to enjoy your food, but teases are my least favorite types of meals; my mission is to enjoy my food AND get filled up. This place did one of the two, but the meal was brief.

I was sitting at the bar, minding my business, when the busboy made his way over to drop some dishes. The guy who I assume is the owner of the bar (his pictures are on the website) shouted over to him from down the bar, how he felt if somebody could "tag team his sister" and had a laugh with pals. The busboy, right in front of me was caught off-guard and muttered, "really?" I was shocked, too. How immature do you have to be to treat your employees like that?
The owner cashed me out, not saying a word to me or looked me in the eye. I wanted to think that maybe it he felt shame, but that's how he treated me the first time I visited the bar. I even asked for a drink off the menu, and he responded, "Oh I don't even know what's on this menu, but whatever."
So he's immature AND incompetent.
What a shame -- I just moved nearby and was hoping to find a new watering hole. The 101 Pub certainly will not be it.

This place can not be beat for the price. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant but it’s super for what it serves. The Mrs. and I visited twice this 4th of July weekend. Both days we had The Clams and Shrimp specials, she enjoyed a couple of cosmos and I a few beers. Great

Definitely some of the best wings around!! They have a lot of other good things to choose from on their menu too. A little something for everyone! They can get pretty busy but there’s some outside seating too. Lots of TVs to watch sports and they always have a bunch of daily specials. Good spot for lunch or dinner, has an old school bar atmosphere. They have a little parking lot across from the restaurant and if that’s full you can usually find parking on the side street.
